Camping Terms and Conditions

The following are our terms and conditions. Do not hesitate to call us if you have any queries / would like to clarify any points. Thank you.

The booking deposit is 30% of the total booking including all extras and must be paid at the point of booking. This is non-refundable after 7 days.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday (unless your holiday starts within 6 weeks of booking in which case the whole amount is due. This is non-refundable if you cancel and you are advised to take out travel insurance although if you cancel within 6 weeks of your booking date, we will endeavour to re-let the pitch and will refund you where possible.
Any booked nights not taken will not be refunded.
If you are a drive on unit any booked nights are regarded as firm bookings and need to be paid for on arrival. No refunds will be given.
If payment is not received on time in relation to your booking, we will assume that you have cancelled the trip.
Any cancellation should be advised in writing. Please note Covid-19 changes regarding cancellations.

Please note we are a quiet family site. No noise is allowed after 10.00pm and no music at any time. In particular TVs/DVDs/radios should not able to be heard outside the visitors own unit.
We do not accept single sex groups or booking from anyone under 18.
No flags or pennants may be flown and we expect our visitors to respect the peace of the countryside.
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times, not left unattended on site and not walked on the camping field.
Children must be supervised in the shower and no-one may shower after 10.00pm. Water from the showers must not be used for washing up.
Speed restriction of 5 mph at all times on the drive and camping field. Please ensure your visitors are aware of the need to drive very slowly.
Strictly no barbeques are to be used inside a tent or awning due to the dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning. Appliances used inside your tent or awning are at your own risk and should be check regularly for safety.

Covid-19 Terms
If you feel unwell or show any symptoms of this disease before you are due to arrive, please do not travel to site. If you feel unwell during your stay please leave and contact the owner to advise this. If you do not feel well enough to travel and continue to occupy your pitch the current market rate for that pitch per night will become payable. Caravans and Motor homes may be asked to use their own on-board facilities
If you are unable to take your holiday due to Covid illness we will not refund your payment.
If the site is closed due to government restrictions, we will refund all monies paid or offer a transfer to another date.

By booking a pitch on our site you are agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions, please do not book if you are not clear or disagree with any of them as failure to comply may lead to you being asked to leave the site. Please note we will not refund cancelled pitches under any circumstances unless we are forced to cancel
